As a listing coordinator she gathers information for new listings, communicates details, and creates a smooth transaction for sellers. As a closing coordinator, she will see that all paperwork is ready and on schedule, help keep buyer’s up-to-date on pending details, and prepare paperwork for closing.
Designs and creates all marketing pieces including: brochures, postcards, just listed cards, open house flyers, showing packets, and advertisements. Melissa Brandes Prepare to be pampered by your personal service coordinator, who will be on-call before, during, and after the move to assist with utility transfers, moving companies, home repairs, and vendors that offer premium services. |
